CANCELLATION POLICY
NAKD SKN Booking & Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will never be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Each appointment is intentionally prepared for in advance, including reserved time, products, supplies, and treatment setup. This policy allows me to protect the time dedicated specifically to each client and continue providing a high-quality experience.
